Tecnoconsult International s.r.l. is a construction design and development company controlled by the Guerreschi family, which has operated in the Rome North area for 2 decades.

During this period it has designed, financed, built and sold industrial and office buildings in the province north of Rome for a total of 65,000 square metres.

The Group diversified its activities over the last 10 years, working on research and development of Free and Open Source Software on an international level, with particular regards to India. This experience brought us to understand the economic and politic dynamics that generated highly innovative successful industrial districts, and meet in-person some of their main governative and private subjects.
