In coordination with the corresponding regional programs, we intend to develop new business incubation structures and services, to enable the rapid start-up of small and medium-sized businesses, with low initial capital costs and a highly flexible operation.

Workstations, equipped with basic information and communication capacities, will be available to businesses with one or a few workers.

These start-ups could also benefit from all the services available in the complex, and from the proximity of the other business tenants.
