Heart and innovation engine of the Park will be the Future Media Center, a research, training and incubation center, unique in Italy for size, with over 6,000 sq.mts., and unique in sustainability, being the first in Italy with Zero Emission. Focused on new content formats, social production models, cross-media, interactivity, special effects, animation, stereoscopy, it will host: SAE Institute, BIC Lazio Incubator (the Business Incubator Center for the Lazio Region), Qantm, the Faculty of Communication Sciences and the Department of Computer Science and Systems (DIS) of the first university of Rome "La Sapienza", TheNetValue, The Audiovisual and Cinema Training Centre of the Lazio Region, City of Animation.

The Park will also host the Universal Audiovisual Library, the largest in Europe with 1.5 million of Gigabytes of audiovisual content and 1,800 square meters of cultural spaces, which will be positioned at the highest and visible point of the entire project, clearly visible from the Cassia Bis motorway. Having already received formal offers from the famous international archistars, Zaha Hadid and Peter Eisenman, we have decided to host an international architectural competition to design this structure in the autumn of 2010.
