In drafting this plan we took into account the present and future needs of the most promising emerging areas of the Northern Province of Rome. We also widely considered the elements of excellence that could attract the settlement and investments from innovative Italian or foreign companies. The primary fields of reference are:

• Audiovisual: producers (web, tv / digital, cinema, animation), services
• ICT (software, hardware, telephony, electronics, cabling)
• Internationalizing companies from every high innovation sector
• Design (Fashion / Textile, light mechanics, house furniture, user interface)

Some types of businesses, in particular, would take particular advantages and opportunities from an eventual settlement in the Park:

1. Each advanced tertiary company currently maintaining, in the process of establishing or with a strong interest to establish extensive relations of subcontracting or marketing with international partners. For instance: foreign offices, suppliers, customers, partners, subsidiaries, research centers, sales offices, networks and foreign chains, or support services, counselling or e-learning.
2. Each company whose principal place of business is the creation, management or handling of intangible property ("Intellectual capital intensive"), or intellectual property or goods of all kinds, especially when these could have value even extrapolated from the territory.
3. Each company not advanced in the use of telematic services and facilitation to foreign partnership which could be interested developing and investing in processes of innovation and creativity.

The Park will be open to dialogue with sectoral business associations, national and regional, in the areas of design, ICT, media production and biotechnology, for the realization of sub-districts within the Park.
