Tecnoconsult International Srl is a real estate and ICT company in the final planning approval stages for the realization of the Audiovisual Telematics Park, a 46.074 sq.m world class video production center over 12 hectares of uniquely beautiful land, in Rome, Italy. Tecnoconsult has developed about 60.000 sq.mt of office, industrial and commercial spaces in the northern section of Rome over the last 2 decades.

The Group has diversified its activities over the last 10 years, with fully-owned new media research and development subsidiaries based in India (Pune and Bangalore) with sales in 3 continents.

This experience brought us to understand the economic and politic dynamics that generated highly innovative successful industrial districts, and international dynamics of new media markets, which brought us to plan our upcoming 46.074 sq.mts. Audiovisual Telematics Park in Rome.

He completed his education through graduate programs in public affairs and IT at Princeton and Rutgers Universities (1998-1999).

He has covered (1999-2001) top-management technical and commercial positions at advanced server-side software providers, such as 4thpass, in New York, and Urban Data Solutions, in Seattle, USA. While there, he has managed web-application projects, and then lead the world-wide pre-sale, sale and technical deployment of multi-million dollars web-based software solutions for global mobile operators such as Vodafone, Telefonica, DoCoMo, etc.

He founded and managed ParTecs - Participatory Technologies (2002-2007), a company which deployed social networking telematics systems based on free and open source software over three continents, having research and development facilities in Pune and Bangalore, India.

As CEO of Tecnoconsult International, a group of real estate development companies controlled by his family, he is leading a project for a multifunctional complex of 53.000 square meters centered on audiovisual, internationalization, ICT and innovation, located 5 minutes to Rome.

Being a long-time international political activist in the field of global democratization, he worked for several NGOs in the area and later founded the Telematics Freedom Foundation, based in Rome.
