Besides the 14,500 sq.m occupied by the Digital Artists Studios, the many Services and Initiatives, the project is building:

• 6,000 sq.m center for audiovisual training, research and incubation, made up of the following institutions, which will also have access to 5 multi-purpose auditorium halls totalling 800 seats:
  • 1,600 sq.m of SAE Institute, the world's largest audio and video technology university, which will host 250 students, half of them from abroad. (Manager: SAE)
  • 1,500 sq.m of BIC Lazio incubator for start-ups focusing on innovative audiovisual production and distribution technologies, especially free/open source software. (Manager: BIC Lazio)
  • 1,200 sq.m of New School of Cinema and Television, in partnership with companies and industry-leading institutes. (Manager: NUCT, possibly in partnership with leaders)
  • 500 sq.m of Higher Technical Audiovisual Institute. (Manager: Municipality of Formello, Province of Rome)
  • 400 sq.m of Open Technologies Institute: Master courses on free/open source and cross-media technologies for audiovisual production and distribution. (Manager: DIS-Dipartimento Informatica e Sistemistica La Sapienza, Open Video Alliance - Mozilla, Yale, Kaltura)
  • 300 sq.m of Universal Audiovisual Archive: over 1,000 TB of audiovisual content under free, public domain and proprietary licenses, as well as over 10,000 DVD classics accessible through the LAN. (Manager/Providers: Cisco, Wikipedia, Kaltura, Telematics Freedom Foundation)
• 7,800 sq.m of broadcasters and audiovisual offices and laboratories, including to date:
  • 1,200 sq.m of Studio301, audio recording studio with Hollywood standard Neve equipment. (Manager: Studio301/SAE)
  • 1,300 sq.m of Telematics Park Video Business Center. (Manager: partners to be identified, on behalf of the Park)
• 9,000 sq.m of short and long-term residences and 4-star hotel, connected to the wellness center. (Manager: Park and/or partners to be identified)
• 2,500 sq.m of multi-screen multi-purpose facility with 5 rooms for 800 people, available for training and e-learning activities, audiovisual festivals, film premieres, conventions and conferences, artistic performances, commercial film screenings; equipped with servers open to any standard format and forwarding for stereoscopy, HD 2K e 4K, tele-presence and augmented reality. • 9,500 sq.m of services and retail center, which will be the first in the Lazio Region to have Zero Emissions, and will offer all kinds of services for businesses settled in the Park, including bank branches, health services, post office, show-rooms, print shops and more; 2,200 sq.m of wellness and fitness center, with outdoor facilities; 2,000 sq.m of semi-professional audio-video equipment show-room and retail center, the largest in Rome.
